Biography
Paul was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 and is a partner of the firm. Paul supervises the recoveries division.
Paul had extensive experience in commercial law and litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation and insolvency. Acting for local authorities, financial institutions, operators of managed investment schemes, insolvency practitioners, and business owners, Paul advises in relation to commercial arrangements and acts in litigation in respect of major commercial undertakings and insolvency administrations, with a particular interest in complex recovery, lending and insolvency litigation.
Paul’s extensive experience allows for proactive advice whether at the outset of a venture or in the event of a dispute.
