Biography
Justin was admitted as a solicitor in 1995 and has been a partner of the firm since 2006.
Justin holds specialist accreditation from the Queensland Law Society in commercial litigation and also is a registered Adjudicator for payment disputes under the Building Industry Security of Payment legislation in Queensland, New South Wales, and the Northern Territory.
Justin’s practice areas include:
- Building contract advice and litigation;
- General building and construction law advice;
- Payment claim disputes;
- Subcontractors charges;
- Regulatory matters (including QBCC and other disciplinary proceedings);
- Local Authority prosecutions;
- Employment disputes;
- Commercial litigation;
